Happy Friday! Here are the five highs of my week.
1. Loved going tubing down the San Marcos River.
2. Caught my first firefly ever!
3. Really enjoyed chilling by the San Marcos River and being able to relax.
4. Had my first smore in a waffle cone (best thing ever)!!!
5. My little brother was such a hoot over Memorial Weekend and kept me very entertained!

The mint trend has been going on for a while now, so I here are a few of my favorite mint finds.
I love the dress and the simpleness of it and how perfect it is for summer. The sheer top is also great because it goes perfect with shorts or a skirt. I found those chino shorts at J Crew for only $30! The skinnies I found at Old Navy and they are a very light mint color and would look great with a loose top for summer! The tassel flats I have been eyeing at Target and am absolutely in love with them, so I may go buy them soon. Finally a light mint nail polish to go with all of the mint finds for summer.

I'm really looking forward to summer and love all the mint clothes I've been able to find! I would love to hear some of your favorite mint finds!

Memorial Weekend Recap

 The tent that got me through thick and thin this weekend.

Just hanging out in the tubes.

Just airing up the tubes for going down the river.

Love being out in the woods and being able to actually see the stars at night.

Catching fire flies is amazing and I'm still amazed by the little bugs.

Really enjoyed the camp fire, smores, food, and spending time with my family.

 Going to miss being able to tube down the San Marcos river.

Memorial weekend for me was awesome! My family and I went camping on the San Marcos river and enjoyed tubing and relaxing the whole weekend. It was so much fun to live outside for a while and the food was awesome! My mom made a couple recipes in a crockpot and they turned out so good! I'll have to share them soon. One was taco soup and then we had tex mex lasagna.

All in all it was an awesome weekend. I saw a cute little box turtle and a deer that apparently let the boy scouts at the camp and my brother pet it. It was pretty extraordinary and I wish I could've petted the deer too.

This is one of my new favorite outfits! I love the floral and these bold blue pants are awesome! I wore this outfit to go see Iron Man III and loved the movie and I was really comfortable (because you have to be comfy if your seeing a movie).
