Let me just say it has been a pretty eventful month and since it is the first day of December it seems like the perfect time to recap my month.

1. I got accepted to Baylor University!!!
2. I had about 5 Thanksgiving dinners.
3. My family and I decorated my house for Christmas and put our Christmas Tree up.
4. I'm on my last two weeks of school until Christmas break!!
5. I love my new camera and am considering starting a photography business.

I hope you have had a great month too!

H54F: College Life

Here are the 5 highs of my week! I had a lot, so it was really hard to choose what to share!

1. Took my brother off to college yesterday! He's living it up at UMHB now! I'm sad and excited for him.

2. For moving off somewhere for 4 months, my brother sure didn't bring that much for college. I watched some girls move in, and they seriously brought two u-haul trucks worth of stuff/junk.

3. Saw a train with some of the compartments open for hitch hikers! I would love to jump a train one day! #bucketlist #don'ttellmymom

4. Finally took a picture of the front of the moving train while going 70+ mph! It's actually really hard to get a picture of the engine. I had my younger brother help me time my picture and get it just right. Good thing we were going in the same direction as the train.

5. It rained and I could see the rain falling from heaven. It looks so cool!

Hope you had an awesome week too!

NYC Recap

Here's the recap of my NYC trip!
Just before I headed off to NYC! I got to ride a train which was so much fun!
After my group got off the train at Penn Station.
The United States Post Office. It was right next to Penn Station and was so pretty!
The Empire State Building!

I thought this was so funny! Beer Authority.
The New York Times building! So cool and tall!
A double bike and a wagon in the front! This is pretty legit for going on a bike ride with kids!
A beautiful fountain in the middle of a round-a-bout on the way to Central Park.
Globe of the world outside of Central Park.
Freedom Tower! It is so tall!
Magnificent NYC sky line from the Stanton Ferry!
There was literally an NYPD police boat every 1/4 mile on the way to Stanton Island. It so weird to think that 9/11 has changed security in America forever.
The Statue of Liberty! It was smaller than I thought it would be, but still breathtaking and a great symbol of American pride and freedom.
 Another beautiful view of NYC.
Time Square! There were so many people every where I went! I felt like I was in a mall or at the rodeo.
I ate some New York style pizza at Bella Vita and it was delicious! I'm in love with their pizza!
After dinner my group walked around and went shopping and I then we headed to the musical, Sprider-Man Turn Off the Dark. It was so good!

Just a little naked cowboy! This guy was so funny!
Just me in Times Square. I'm pretty sure this is where that famous couple shared a kiss after WWII too!

Looks like the same spot to me!
 Off to see Spider-Man!
Time Square at night! It is so pretty with all the flash billboards and signs!
My musical ticket! These things are super expensive but worth it!
I was a real rebel and took a picture in the theater after they told us not to.

After the long day in New York we headed back on the train at about 12am.

It was definitely a great and memorable day in NYC for me that I won't be forgetting!

H54F: Kingdom

Happy Friday! I'm out of town right now at camp but here are five highs from last week.

1. I was asked to be a Bible study leader for camp and I have had so much fun studying for my lessons and learning more about God's goodness.

2. Fixed my hair by doing a french twist. It turned out super cute!

3. Just taking pictures of my neighbors horses. They are adorable and I wish I had one!

4. Me and my two youngest sibling doing funny pictures on the way home from church.

5. I read Dee Henderson's book An O'Malley Love Story: Jenifer. If you haven't read this series I highly recommend it! I really enjoyed all the books.

Hope you have a great weekend!

Pale Pink Nail Polish and Weekend Recap

Lately I've been wearing lots of sandals, wedges and I like to paint my hands and toe nails cute colors. Pale pink has been one of my favorite versatile colors and has looked really good. I love bold colored nail polish too, but the pale pink color was a perfect fit for all of the different outfits I wore for the week. I don't try to match my outfits and nail polish but I do like them not to clash and look awful so I try to choose versatile polish went I do my nails.

This weekend has been awesome! One of my brothers graduated from high school, we had a photo shoot for my mom for Mother's Day and also for my parents wedding anniversary. Sunday, we relaxed and watched Brave, which I totally loved! I didn't expect the potion to turn the queen into a bear, so that was pretty funny. What really cracked me up was the three little boys who turned into bears. Their heads were huge!

Well anyway, I enjoyed Brave and that was pretty much the end of my weekend.

Hope y'all had a great weekend!

Recap of My Birthday

Top Target / Tank Top Target / Pants Target / Cardigan Similar Here / Hair Ties Here  / Shoes Amazon

Thanks so much for the birthday wishes! I had a great birthday and really enjoyed the new memories I made!

To start off my day, I had breakfast in bed! It was wonderful, and I had freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice that tasted so good! I enjoyed every moment of eating in bed. Luxury and comfort combined.

So, here is the outfit I wore for my birthday. I wore relatively comfy clothes, because I had class all day, but they also are cute.

I had class yesterday, but after class I went and got gas at Wal-Mart. While I was getting gas, I decided hey, I'm going to wash the back window of the car (it was pretty dirty and streaky from it raining last week). So, I started washing the back of the car, and this lady came up to me and said, "Hey, what are you doing!" I, of course had no clue what she was talking about. Then, she said, "What are you doing with my car!" Now, of course I was really confused and the lady started peering in my car, and I said, "This is my car" (that's what I was suppossed to say, right? I had no idea what else to say). Finally the lady said, "I'm so sorry, I thought this was my car," and I was like "No problem and joked if it was your car, I was just giving you a free car wash."

Anyway, I can totally say, that I had a good laugh after the incident at Wal-Mart.

Last night, I also went out to eat with my family at Casa Ole', and ate the Laredo. I love me some cheese enchilladas! Since, it was my birthday, I got a free ice cream sundae, and I stood on my chair while the waiters sang the Casa Ole' birthday song to me.

Through all being said, I had a wonderful birthday filled with food, fun, and more food.

Thank you so much for visiting Love, Caroline! I would love to hear from you by leaving a comment below or contacting me through email. Your support is always so appreciated! Have a great rest of the week!!
