I was looking at Forever 21, and I found this shirt, so I decided to create a whole outfit. I liked the navy lace skirt, so I thought what a perfect bottom for the cream top, and so here is the outfit I came up with. It's perfect for the winter season and is also versatile for warmer seasons. What do you think?
